Shipping your package
- Delivery: within 2 and 3 weeks after receipt of your order.
- You will receive a tracking number to track your package online: www.kdz.nl
- Shipping costs include handling, packaging and courier charges.
We advise you to place your items in one order, but will try to combine separate orders as much as we can.
Return Policy
Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Prior to returning any item, please contact the Customer Service Department to receive return authorization using this form. All returns must be shipped in accordance with IATA and DOT requirements.
